Why was my wire rejected?
Wires are returned for the following reasons:
- Bank account name on wire does not match the Zipmex account holder’s name
- The sending bank account is not registered to your Zipmex account
- The account number on wire transfer does not match the bank account registered to your Zipmex account
- Sent from a trust, IRA, or business bank account
The return of your funds may take up to ten (10) business days.
